Will it be safe to pay you online?
We use the industry-leader Stripe to collect payments. This is the safest way to make payments online.


When will my pressed plates arrive?
Delivery is usually made in 3-5 working days. We do not offer a next day service, nor a guaranteed delivery date, and there is nothing we can do to speed up a delivery.


Do I have to sign for the delivery?
A signature is not required. If your door remains unanswered, the package may be left at a ‘safe place’, e.g. through the letter box or with a neighbour. All deliveries are GPS-verified and a photo is usually taken for further evidence.


Can you move (or remove) the space in my number plate?
No, we produce number plates exactly as they are shown on a log book or certificate of entitlement. Changing the spacing in any way would compromise our 100% road-legal guarantee, therefore we cannot accomodate such requests.


Do you sell number plates with the German D symbol or the Welsh flag?
No, we stock plain number plates and those with the UK, ENG and SCO symbols as shown in the gallery.

Do you sell square number plates, e.g. for motorbikes, Land Rovers, etc.?
No, we do not sell larger number plates or those with the characters spread over two rows.


What size are your number plates?
Most of our plates are 52cm x 11cm, which are the standard UK number plate dimensions. These plates fit perfectly into number plate surrounds. Additionally, we sell "short" plates which are 46cm, 40cm and 34cm in width.


Are your metal number plates really legal?
We guarantee that our metal number plates are 100% road-legal. They possess the highly debated retro-reflectivity property and therefore can be read clearly by flashing speed cameras. Our plates also contain our DVLA-registered postcode and BS AU 145e mark, although they are applied user laser technology to make them less obtrusive.


How can I attach the plates to my vehicle?
We provide double-sided sticky pads which can be used to attach the plates to your vehicle. Step 1: Clean the surface on your vehicle thoroughly. Step 2: Attach the pads to the plates. Step 3: Firmly press the plates onto the vehicle and hold for 20 seconds. Step 4: Leave the adhesive to dry for a few hours and become stronger. Step 5: Ensure that the number plates are stuck on securely before driving away.
